Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Family Meal Planner on the web or as an installed app.
The service
Family Meal Planner helps a household plan meals, track foods, shop, and ask Nibble for ideas. We provide the app as-is and keep improving it. Features can change as we learn what families need.
Your account
You must use a valid email you control. You are responsible for activity on the account and for keeping the password or sign-in link to yourself. Household members you invite can see and edit that household’s plans and lists.
Plans and billing
Free lets you start planning without a card. Full unlocks the rest of the product and is billed in GBP monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel a paid plan from Plan & billing; access stays until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices on the site are the current offer and may change for later renewals.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own household’s meal planning. Do not try to break, scrape, or overload the service, or use it to store content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to add. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other households at risk.
Your content
Meal plans, recipes, and notes you add stay yours. You give us a licence to host and display them so the app can work for your household, including any member you invite. Nibble uses household context to answer questions you ask in the app.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available, and a signed-in shopping list can stay usable offline. We do not promise uninterrupted access. You should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — Settings includes an export.
Liability
Meal ideas, food-stage hints, and Nibble answers are planning aids, not medical or dietary advice. You decide what your household eats. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, indirect loss, or decisions made from suggestions in the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The current version lives at this address. If a change is material we will make it visible in the app or on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
